Return Process

  Securely pack your unused paddle and accessories in the original shipping box, ensuring all protective covers and tags are still attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
